Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the parcel.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
